The reseller agreement is always non-exclusive meaning that DitoGear™ reserves right to cooperate with multiple partners in each country as well as sell online directly. For selected regions DitoGear™ prefers to disallow for online sales and redirect customers to exclusive Retailers.
DitoGear™ offers to their retailers up to 25% of discount as well as allows for additional sales 5-15% markup depending on the region.
